Thanks for asking about the Next Pledge Tracker tariff. At the moment the 12m V1 is no longer available however we currently have the Next Pledge Tracker 12m V2 tariff:
The Next Pledge fixed 1 year tracker tariff guarantees that prices will always be £50 a year lower than the Ofgem price cap (for an average duel fuel customer).
Customers will see the £50 saving as reduced unit rates split across both electricity and gas (£25 saving per fuel).
We’ll automatically update prices every three months in line with the Ofgem price cap and give two weeks notice of any price change. Price changes will take effect on 1 January, 1 April, 1st July and 1st October.
If the government energy price guarantee returns we'll move customers back to our standard variable tariff. Customers will need to contact us if they want to stay on Next Pledge.
This tariff comes with 100% renewable electricity.
This tariff is for dual fuel customers only.
Customers must pay by direct debit (this can be a variable direct debit) receipt of bill is not available for this tariff.
Customers need to be able to manage their account online.
Customers will need to agree to have smart meters installed where eligible.
There is a £25 exit fee per fuel if the customer decides to change supplier before the tariff end date.
You should be able to see this in your online account however if you need some help or are having difficulties then get in touch with our energy specialists and they will be able to help you get set up.

Logged into the eon account. I should be able to change my tarrif at any time to another eon tarrif. Well that was what I was told by eon. So if I cannt change my tarrif a lot of people on here including staff members and twitter robots and giving out totally false information.
Not surpised though. Just have to stick with what we have already.
You can change from one Eon Next tariff to another at any time but whether you can do it in your online account will be dependant on your tariff at the moment. Ways to contact Customer Services here: https://www.eonnext.com/contact
I have logged onto the account and it is nor showing on list of tarrifs when I try to get a quote. Si I presume the web site knows best and this tarrif does not exist (new version).
I would rather not spend days on twitter trying to speak to a robot.
So will the website be updated once I have logged in ??
@silverfox55 Evening
When you say you have logged on to the account do you mean just the Eon Next website and not your actual online account? If you are on either Next Flex or your current fixed rate is coming to an end it should show up in your online account.

so basically you have yo use a dumb robot on social media or waiting weeks on the phone or by email.
So eon have not changed any then.
I fully understand the frustration with social media, hence I don't use it.
I've not had a problem this year having changed tariff twice. I have used both my online account and email.

If you want to see what all the available tariffs are ATM, you have to go through the 'Our Tariffs' menu on your online account, then scroll down ALL THE WAY to 'Want to see what energy tariffs we have'.
If you see one that you want to move to then you must make contact directly with Eon Next and ask to be transferred to the tariff of your choice - preferably by phone as I have always managed to do in the past.
I agree the mechanism for mid-term contract changingONLINE within Eon Next could be better than it currently is but it is what it is.
