The Next Pledge I believe sits around £50 (for an average dual fuel household) below the Price Cap anyway and will automatically change each quarter when the Price Cap changes. You won't see those reflected in your account until the date of change (so this cap it will change 1st Oct) however you will receive notification of the changes before they happen (usually an email a few weeks before) 😊

Thanks for that confirmation @DebF_EONNext
Glad to know it will automatically change for this October 1st cap change.
Yes I know but the system isn't letting me delete the post or amend it I'll post again shortly.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@Mailman
The MAXIMUM rates for Direct Debit Variable tariff customers from October 1 2023 are as follows:
Hopefully its all ok now! I zoomed out a bit in excel to get both elec & gas on the same screen and then used the snip app to select and save the image. While the snip tool clearly gives a better result than copying to word and then saving as a picture, I still think that a simple copy and pasted from excel to the forum message would be a prefereable way to do things!!
’If you've got a fixed tariff with us, then it won't affect you (unless your tariff ends within this period) however the price cap will change things for customers on our standard variable tariff - Next Flex and those of you on our tracker tariff - Next pledge.’

Reason: Added a bit
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
