How do I cancel an appointment to replace my smart meters? It is for next Wednesday.
I am a Sainsbury's Energy customer and they have said the booking will be fulfilled by EON.
I was texted a link to my appointment but the link gave no options.
I have tried texting NO (instead of the requested YES) to the text msg (got an auto-reply but no confirmation).
I can find nowhere on my Sainsbury's account to change it.
I have tried the Facebook and WhatsApp contacts but no one has got back to me (after the auto-reply). I am feeling frustrated.

Thanks @WizzyWigg. I did get a response a few hours later from both FaceBook and WhatsApp and they were very helpful and it is all sorted. So I can confirm both channels work if you have a bit of patience!
