Morning! I had a new smart meter installed over 24hrs ago. The engineer replaced old ones that were no longer connecting to the smart network (they were installed before I bought the house).
He replaced the gas and electric meter and left me with a SmartView2 IHD (ugly looking thing). The electricity showed when he was there but the gas didn't. He told me this would show "within 30 minutes" but it hasn't. I've rebooted IHD several times and it is right near the meter but 24hrs later and nothing.
Also when logging into my account it says no information is being received from my meters. In my account it is set to send every 30 minutes so I'm a little worried something has gone wrong! I have a WNC UBC-TN6 SKU1 Cellular device. The electricity is a Secure Liberty 101 and the gas is a Secure Liberty Gas 200.
Can anyone offer any advice?
Oh right. Wasn't aware of this. I thought it was odd because the electric was showing on the IHD straight away but no gas. Over 2 days later and still no gas so lord knows what's going on.
