@DebF_EONNext Hmmm considering your reply is from 2023, and I'm over £500 in credit, having come through the Winter with a £550 credit balance, I'd expect to be bale to see this option now.
IN fact, I'm increasing that balance every month now, so a £500 refund will still leave me with a nice credit balance by the time Winter arrive again.
Where exactly do I find the link please?
you perhaps need to think WHY your account is in so much credit at this time of year. I’ve had issues with the EAC consumption being shown on my bills being out of sync with my actual consumption, resulting in my Direct Debit being set at too high a level. Yours might be too.
having a credit balance with you energy supplier isn’t good for you - they don’t pay you interest! It is good for them though.
I would suggest doing some research, finding out whether the EAC on you account is accurate or not, then submitting a reading, then applying for a full refund of your account balance and then setting a revised Direct Debit based on a properly computed annual consumption. I do it by email as I prefer to have an audit trail of what is being said. Good luck!

@meldrewreborn I know why it's in credit - economising and a change of tariff following the addition of solar and batteries.
I just want to find the link for the online refund claim - that's all...I'm not after advice other than that.
