I did notice the small amount of liquid ๐. The problem with a jar of sauce which is at the right consistency is that the water released by the veg will dilute it in any case. If I put less of the sauce in then there will be less of it but what there is at the end of cooking will be even runnier due to the higher proportion of water to sauce. You can see how I got Grade A in physics now ๐
I donโt want to have to pre-cook the veg to get some water out so Iโll have to try the โlid offโ method next.
It all gets eaten in the end. Iโll get to near perfection one day hopefully ๐ค๐
Your A Grade has done you well. Veg contains around 90% of their weight in water dependant what veg. A Grade biology ๐๐. Important that you don't add any extra liquid, if using a jar. Scrape the jar out don't swill. ๐
You can add small amount of cornflour (or arrowroot) towards the end of cooking to thicken the sauce more. Arrowroot is very good for the old immune system, and guts. ๐ด๐
I don't pre-cook just let nature and science do the work.
You are heading in the right direction. Continue. ๐ด
Still pouring down here in spite of Grade A Commerce๐ค. You can have more goes but my Grade A arsenal is empty now ๐
Nope no watery stuff here yet. Very warm greyish skies. Got a something in GCE O level Wood Worm and Metal Fatique, but the rest is all connected to the University of Life. ๐๐๐๐
