problems with my Home Display not updating to the correct prices that they’ve agreed to ,on the Next Loyalty Fixed v4,all the technical say is wait 24hrs ,been going on now 2 weeks, getting know where .also the online eon next app doesn’t show the correct usage as well some days it’s 26p & 24p for gas & electric .but they don’t seem interested in trying to sort out there problems for me.
Ours is the same. Changed tariff over a week ago and IHD still showing old rate. Have sent loads of emails and still not working. Have left it off and unplugged for 24 hours as requester, then rebooted, and its still showing old tariff.
If you request a tariff update for your smart meters/IHD you may find the update isn’t quite at the correct rates. This is a known issue and is being looked into by the tech team. See the thread in the link below for my tale of woe…
