It seems to save money eon have dumped all their advisors on twitter and replaced them with a robot.
I was asking about the new loyalty tariff. Should this shower offer a better deal within the next year would I be charged a fee.
So if a robot is now in charge of customer services I dont think it is worth changing as if someting went wrong I would have to deal with a dumb robot.
Somebody from eon might be able to advise if humans will make a return to twitter
AFAIK, changing to a different tariff within your contact term AND to another Eon Next tariff will not get you dinged with any exit fees. There have been no posts to the contrary either on this platfrom or on others (such as MSE). 😁

So I took the plunge.... they changed my tariff to a day night V4 not a single rate.. now got to spend days trying to contact a human to sort the rubbish out.
I’m still surprised you’re staying with ‘this shower’ as you call them. Why continue the despair when there’s so many other suppliers out there wanting your business?
