I have to say that my wrong rates have stayed at the same level of wrongness since they were updated over a week ago. I don't think anyone would dare mess with my account again and wouldn't be surprised if it has a ☠ symbol on it warning-off any unsuspecting meddlers 😁
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have put a note on your account saying, 'Any changes can seriously damage your health '. 😂😂
I’ve had the same problem with my Home Display not updating to the correct prices that they’ve agreed to .all the technical say is wait 24hrs ,been going on now 2 weeks, getting know where .also the online eon next app doesn’t show the correct usage as well some days it’s 26p & 24p for gas & electric .but they don’t seem interested in trying to sort out there problems for me.

I agree this issue is frustrating, but I think we have to let the tech bods resolve this issue. They are aware of it.
I know I've said this before but if anything switch to kw/h and go back to basics, it's what we did before all this technology was around. Take your daily kw/h x tariff + standing charge and that will give you a pretty accurate costing. It's also great for keeping the old grey cells from seizing up. 👴
Watching 👀 the energy usage is really what we need to be doing and the lower the kw/h the less you pay. Simplz. 😉I
I'm afraid they're not going to go away, it's what the government wants. I still read my own meters for two reasons. To accurately know what energy I'm using and to know how much it's costing, before the bill arrives 😉.

One other little twist in the tale. Some may remember that I was charged two lots of £75 early exit fees which were returned through a customer service gesture of £150. I just had a look in my account and these transactions have vanished into thin air. I never did get any response to my complaints so maybe they just got rid of the evidence 🤔😂
