Can someone tell me what the current cap is for electricity and gas standing daily charge and also p/kWh? All I can seem to find is regarding the average annual bill but really this is irrelevant as it doesn't give you an individual cost based on your specific household.

No, you are just in one of the more expensive regions. Higher than the average. But some of us have to be. Others pay lower than the average if they are in a cheaper region.
Also, you might be paying non Direct Debit or pay as you go rates.
Where in the country are you? Are you on prepaid or a credit meter and if on credit, how do you pay? From that info we can tell you your cap rates.Last edited by retrotecchie; 24-06-23 at 18:15.
