The great thing about Loyalty v4 is the no exit fee to another Eon Next tariff, be it Next Flex or another one that might come along in the future. If prices rise (as currently predicted) in Q1-2024, then, the already marginal difference for me, swings back in favour of loyalty v4.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

Have been billed £150 exit fee.
Thought you only had to pay if you left E.ON.
Indeed you are correct . I moved from Next Loyalty Fixed v4 to a different tariff recently and the message that I received initially - the 'We've updated your energy tariff' message showed probably what you are seeing
However the £150 never appeared as a transaction on my account or appeared on my . pdf statement. I therefore didn't bother wasting my time by trying to get hold of customer services. So if your situation is the same as mine just ignore this false message but do check your transactions page and your next statement to make sure you don't get billed on this. If you do then contact Eon Next as soon as you see either of these things to get the charge rescinded.
