It's irritating, but if I hit, re-hit and hit again the login button up to about 15 times, I get in eventually. Tonight's try wasn't bad, only seven times.

I'll add myself to the list of people who have had difficulty logging in for the past few weeks.

I notice that when I try to log on, it also asks me for an email and password. Up until recently, if I went to the site it just 'happened'...i.e. I didn't even need to log in. Perhaps I'd need to put my credentials in once a month. Same as the phone app. It just kept me permanently logged in. This login issue seems to have coincided with the account requiring credentials every time.
Just 'x' the error message and retrying usually gets me in second or third attempt but it's never a big problem. Just a niggle, to be fair.

I always log out when finished so I always have to login. Well at least the browser password manager logs me in that is. 😉 I did notice this morning that when I logged in it went to meter readings! 🤔 Not the usual summary page. There was also a note about taking DDs and bank holidays which wasn't there yesterday. So looks like them up ☝ there have been making changes to the site. Next time I get that screen I'll try the 'X'. Usually just refresh. -
I logged in before to add a meter reading, and now cannot log in to check if the reading was sent. Before it said "wrong details" now the "login" button just turns grey when clicked when both email and password is entered. Anyone else have a similar issue?

Have you tried to clear all the cache and cookies? Sometimes this helps! Or, have you spoken to one of our energy specialists since?
