@WizzyWigg It is now December, and I have been having the same problem for months. When I try to login to view my E.on next account I get the same screen as you do. Mostly I get in after 2 or 3 attempts, sometimes I have to wait and try again the next day. I think it is definitely a technical problem which E.on seem in no rush to fix

Evening. Golly gosh haven't had this problem for months. Just checked my end and no problem with my online account at first attempt. Tried on 4 OS's and devices.
What device are you using?
What operating system?
Wifi, Mifi, or 3G-4G-5G?
What browser are you using?
Do you allow auto-population of username and password or do enter them manually?
Are you using VPN (not that nowadays it should have any effect), but?
Any adblocking software?
@WizzyWigg iMac 2021 with Ventura 13.5.2 (no rush to upgrade to Sonoma 14 OS, let other people find the glitches). Do use autofill, but it worked fine for the community page just now.

@MichaelG Do I take it you are using Safari? Are you connecting via Wi-Fi or MiFi? I'm running 14.2.1 on one device no problemo.
Have you tried going to your online and entering username and password manually? Worth having a go.
Firefox, DuckDuckGo search engine. I did re-enter and got in. Worked perfectly this morning. Obvious explanation a mistake in stored details, but they looked perfect. Will wait and see. Will be looking regularly over the next few days because we haven't had our December statement yet.
I logged in before to add a meter reading, and now cannot log in to check if the reading was sent. Before it said "wrong details" now the "login" button just turns grey when clicked when both email and password is entered. Anyone else have a similar issue?
Afternoon @ballysingh Just tried on my account with no problem. A couple of things worth trying:
1. If you used autofill then try entering your user name and password manually.
2. If above doesn't work then clear browser cache and try entering username and password manually.
There is a third option to close device down (hard boot)

Give it a try and let us know how you get on.

I just tried to log in and was successful. I also tried on the mobile phone app and that too was successful. If you haven't got the app you could try downloading that and then you will have two ways of accessing your account in case one of them ever doesn't work.
