Loging in to the community forums has never been an issue.
Logging on to the account website is hit and miss. Tonight was the first time in a while I got in immediately.

@WizzyWigg Hi, yes I did have a look and I have added her to the list that I am creating.
It seems that the main problem is logging into the online account. If you see anything else that my eyes are missing, feel free to tag me or to flag it up with any of the coordinators.
Let's see what problem others are having and we will try to get to the bottom of it.
I had no problem at all yesterday. Logged me in first time every time. Normal service seems to have been resumed today as I'm back to four or five attampts again.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
