My fixed term ended on 31/05/23 and I am now on Next Flex started on 1st June 2023
but my Smart meter is not yet showing the new rates for fixed charge and p/kwh. When
will it be brought up to date?
@Philjay
The tariffs are going to be changing again 1st of July. You could wait and see what happens from then. Or try sending an email with subject Request Tariff Update to hi@eonnext.com with your account details in the body of the email.

Reason: More information
Just received an email about the new price from 1st July and new payments.
Will check my Smart meter to make sure it is updated as indicated in my last
post. Thanks for the support!
Thank you so much for letting us know. The important thing is the email shows you what you'll be paying from July. 👍 Fixed tariffs are slowly emerging. This forum have some very experienced members 👴 who watch the market with eagle eyes 👀. You are always very welcome to pop in.

Just started my new Fixed tariff today.(excellent) but.same question...how long will it take
for my Smart Meter to be updated with my new daily standing charge and hourly
rate? It is still showing previous rates.
Great news that you have found a Fixed tariff. I would give it a couple of days for everything to catch up. Then if need be send that email previously suggested. You'd think with modern technology everything would be instant but I afraid 😨 it often isn't.
Natalie and Cory have tried to resolve this issue and Natalie has passed the problem on to the Smart team to investigate.
My statement shows the correct tariffs so I will just ignore the Smart home display until the team have updated it.
