Hi Guys, just refixed to Next Loyalty 12M Fixed Rate - July 23 Issue 1.
The IHD is not showing the new prices, etc. tried resetting it and it’s not worked. Spoke to support via WhatsApp who suggested it could take four weeks to update!! I said that last time they sent a hit to meter to update the IHD. Any ideas what to do?? Thanks 😊
As I thought, my monthly statement has been produced, and my tariff rates have been updated on the IHD. Some what of a relief to see less standing charges first thing in the morning. That said it could be cheaper, but it’s a step the right way.

What is the start date of the new fix? As it's called Next Loyalty 12M Fixed Rate - July 23 Issue 1, I'm wondering if it doesn't come into effect until July 1st? The same time as the OFGEM cap comes into effect.

Looks like this fix is being offered to those within the 'normal' window that has taken place at the 45'ish days to go? of the end date of the whatever fixed price tariff folk have been on up to now. To @NickJB73look on your online account (in the tariff section) to see when your present fix ends and this new fix starts. If the fix has already taken place (and this is what you are being billed to) perhaps your IHD will take a little time (don't ask how long because I don't know) before it shows updated tariff rates.
I'd be surprised if this fix is in effect before July 1st but you never know. 😁
If that's a 12 month fix, then the SVT should be around the same sort of ballpark, fingers crossed.
