The tariff rate has changed on our smart meter IHD, but they are not the same rates as we were told in the email we received from Eon-Next a few days ago.
The email shows the tariff rates as follows:-
But the smart meter IHD shows:-
35.48p per kWh
60.55 Daily Standing Charge
Is anyone else IHD showing the wrong tariff information?

Our IHD is still showing the incorrect tariff information, so I checked the actual smart meter too, and that is also wrong.
I just called Eon-Next and spoke to a helpful chap that said they are aware of the problem and have had a number of calls about it from other customers.
He explained that customers who pay by direct debit get a discount on their tariff, but the information being displayed on the IHD & meter is the amount we would pay without the discount applied. He said that we would be charged at the correct rate, despite the IHD showing the wrong info.
They are trying to sort the problem out.
So, I don't know if it is something that is only affecting Direct Debit customers, or if it is affecting others as well.
Glad I'm not the only one then, but I hope they get it put right soon. I have emailed Eon-Next about it but who knows when, or if, I will get a reply 🤷🏻♀️
Online accounts are not showing the correct tariff information yet so I'm not at all surprised that IHD's are not showing the correct tariffs either. Once the online accounts are showing the correct data then at some time thereafter so should the meters and the IHD's. Lifting the DCC smart meter data for the transition is another priority I would have thought. The list of things that have to be done are possibly more extensive than many of us can imagine.
Given that it is a weekend and we are still on day 1 of the next iteration of EPG I'm not at all surprised that things are not going as smoothly as we would all like.
