Hi. I was wondering if you could please help. I am getting house calls from Eon every morning without fail i have already asked for these to stop as i am disabled and constantly sick due to pain Eon said they had removed my house number to stop these calls but it still hasn’t stopped. I am not sure if posting here will help as in the main we're volunteers not E.ON Next personnel.
You best bet is to email them (so you have an audit trail) and if they don't stop in 10 days then make a formal complaint - see blue/purple box below.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

I hope that this has all been resolved for you? If these were marketing calls just to make you aware you should be able to edit your marketing preferences in your online account 😊
