Reason: Key meter top ups
who was the letter from and what benefits was your entitlement based on? The WHD is quite different this time ( and for several years to come) - hopefully the changed eligibility requirements still cover you.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
I've had all six EBSS payments, plus my AFP. Just waiting on WHD is all, but that's not government money. Entirely down to the supplier.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
@retrotecchie. Thank you i haven’t had anything this month i did get a letter saying i would get my WHD by the end of the month but i still haven’t had my government payment and i don’t no what ADP is hopefully it’ll come this week. Thank you so much. Tc Carol
AFP is the Alternative Fuel Payment for those of us not on mains gas who use different fuels for heating. Again, government money for those with expensive off grid heating costs.
Thank you for letting me no iv still not had my £67 payment yet or my warm home discount i was hoping it would have appeared during the week but still no joy.
I definitely qualify for it Eon did send me the letter saying i would receive it by March 31st maybe im just going to be at the end although lots of people around me have there’s. Thank you for your help
