Am I alone in wanting/needing to see the makeup of my online bill, in terms of usage and number of SC days?
This was customary in the past, and in fact under the website's 'Help' tab, it clearly states that these important details are included. What is being shown to customers is not a bill but a statement.
I shall appreciate comments, allowing that the IHD does provide similar information, but only in terms of Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, but that's not the same as a bill should provide. Surely we are entitled to know exactly what is being paid for.
You are billed on the energy you use, plus your standing charges. All shown on the bill. It's a bill, not a day by day report.
If you look under Statements and Transactions, you will see an option to download the full pdf version of the full bill, outlining exactly what you ask for.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
my bill statement comes by email each month, is this not standard?
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
So does mine. But I know what it is going to be, so I rarely read it. I do look online occasionally, just to check the figures I'm using for SC and UR are still accurate in my spreadsheets.
I've passed this on as feedback to the tech team today. This is something that we see a lot of feedback on in the Community, that it isn't very clear and I agree it can be a bit tricky to navigate, even more so if you aren't computer savvy. I can't promise it will get changed but I have fed it back for you all 😊
