after my traditional gas meter was faulty , I hada smart meter fitted end of January for gas and electricity. My eon next app is not showing any statement for February, I thought it would be automatic?
It can certainly take a couple of months before everything starts working as it should with smart meters. I would submit a manual reading to generate a bill and continue to do so every month until smart readings start appearing in your account.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
