That's why we have a fab opportunity for customers who meet the criteria below, to tell us of their experience from the last few months. It's a really friendly chat with an independent company who will be asking you questions about how and why you got in touch, as well as asking questions to better understand your journey.
To get involved you need to:
- Be a UK based, E.ON Next customer.
- Have called us about one of these 3 topics:
1. Your account balance
2. A billing query
3. To give meter readings
- Called 3 times or more in the past 3 months.
