Smart meter hasn't been sending readings to eon. An engineer has missed an appointment back in September 2022 and eon have since been unable to arrange another visit. They have also failed to compensate me for the missed appointment. I have tried multiple methods of contact to no avail. I now have a significant credit balance that eon are sitting on and refuse to repay until the meter issue is sorted.
Yes I've now tried that. Not that it's helped at all! Customer service has been appalling throughout barring one or two individuals who seemed to genuinely want to help
