Rapid FIT statement generation following meter read submission - thank you!

    There are a lot of posts here about poor service, missing features etc etc but thought I'd pass on some more positive feedback.

    About an hour ago I submitted my latest FIT meter reading, now that the submission window is open. I've already had an email confirming the submission, with a statement attachment included.

    That, to me, is a very good turnaround time and I look forward to the payment being received in the next few days (going straight onto my gas/electric energy account!).

    Good to hear some positive news. Seems odd that the system works as it should for some but not for others.
    I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
