Mine doesn’t show any usage info either. It does have an explanation however, to the effect that they are currently improving things. There is an option to slide a switch that will get you informed when they’re back with ‘new and improved usage info’.
If you have smart meters you could try the Bright App which shows historical usage down to half-hourly intervals.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
