I have received my £200 for the alternative fuel and it has been credited to my account. I emailed EON in regards to havng this amount transferred to my bank - as they do when I go in to credit but they said they:
'Upon checking the account, the Alternative Fuel Payment scheme of £200 has been applied to your Eon Next account on the 12th of February. This payment goes towards your Eon Next account and not the direct debit bank account.'
I don't understand this as this is meant for those who buy oil and if they don't transfer it to my account I can't use it to assist with the oil cost of £420.00
Thanks for taking the time to post. Is your account in credit? If it is in credit then you can request a refund of your account you can find a guide on how to do this in this thread: How to request a refund Eon Next - A Step-by-Step Guide 😊
