The Ombudsman has upheld my complaint regarding false accounting. Eon Next are required to pay me £75 comensation and provide accurate statements. They choose instead to chase monies I don't owe and threaten to impose a £10 late payment fee.
They also owe me £200 for Alternative fuel payment.
I too was migrated from Symbio. We’re you aware that they can only back bill 12 months, if they’ve not issued bills in the interim?
it seems like you were so although they’ve made a hash of this if they have lost 2 months charges they’re hardly enriching themselves, but to continue to get things wrong is par for the course with C this company
mind you Symbio were appalling- I only was with them for the pricing

Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@meldrewreborn Was transferred to Eon Next from Symbio. Wasn't billed for 14 months. The statement was wrong inasmuch it billed over 12 months and UNDER estimated by 171 units at the time that unit price rose from 20p to 29p, result was underbilling at 20p per KWh, but overbilling at 29p per KWh. Falso accounting that enriched the company. Ombudsman upheld my complaint and now Eon Next must provide a new ACCURATE statement and pay £75 compensation. This morning they emailed to demand payment of the false statement and threatened a £10 late payment charge. They've contacted me to say they're "investigating", but, to be honest, I'm getting sick of this ****. They need to sort themselves out and abide by The Ombudsman decision, NOT hound me for money I don't owe. They also haven't paid the £200 Alternative Fuel Payment to me. They owe me over £300.
