And sure enough I checked today and the same message is showing.
So my question is if my meter isn't sending readings, how will EOn know how much energy we have used it the energy saving hour?

I'd suggest that you loon to to the Bright App. If you see data then so should Eon Next, but if you don't see this data, the odds are that neither will Eon Next. 🤔
@heleninyork I am wondering perhaps if it is your in home display saying that or the actual meters. Let us know how you get along with the Bright App and we are here to help if you have any further questions. 😀
