Yes, when i phoned to make 3 appointment,i did ask for compensation, as this would be the 3rd time I had to wait in for an engineer to fit a SMETS2 economy 7 meter, I had to pay £157.86 for the pleasure of the first visit
She said that she would raise a complaint
Now waiting for another engineer visit for them to fit a comms module.
4 engineer visit to fit a working SMETS2 E7 meter is very poor.
The least compensation I would agree too, is a working SMETS2 E7 meter and my £157.86 paidback into my account as credit
Yes...that would be one hell of a trick! They seem to have enough trouble when the hub IS fitted! Clearly if your original SMETS2 was talking the talk, changing it from single to dual rate for E7 is a very simple remote configuration message.
