Why have I been billed on the 9th Feb 2023????? My reading date is 22nd of each month. Are deliberately trying to push me over the edge as my mental health is just about at its whit’s end now with eon next. PLEASE REPLY ASAP as this is getting beyond a joke now.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
@Karln Remind us, are you on payment on receipt of bill rather than fixed direct debit? If you were on the latter this readings business would matter not one jot.
You would have a set payment on a set date I appreciate that others have different views but for me it provides certainty and reassurance.

so every time a reading is made you get a bill, I think that is how it works from what I’ve read before.
My meters are supposed to be read once a month on the 22nd. But i have been getting readings sometimes 5 in one month and multipul bills which is beyond a joke to tell you the truth. When it was just eon all was fantatic.
Have you submitted any manual readings, because that will trigger an unscheduled bill, on top of bills generated from smart reads.
I subitted 2 manual readings last month because i was told to due to eon next saying i had a faulty smart meter.
Then i got told off for sending the manual readings in because my smart meters where working fine (which was a lie because no readings where sent hence why i sent manual reading in).
