How do I change my bill date to monthly instead of weekly?

If you've been sending weekly readings in, stop, because every time you send a reading it generates a bill. Just send them once a month on the same date each month and that will generate monthly bills. Also, remember to send a reading in the day before any price increase takes effect, (the next one is due 1st April), to ensure they don't over-estimate your usage up to 31st March etc.😀Last edited by Tommysgirl; 31-01-23 at 11:06. Only send meter readings once a month...
If you submit readings more frequently, it will generate a bill more frequently. If you regularly submit readings just so you can see how much energy you are using, better to manage your readings and usage using a spreadsheet or just a pencil and notebook at home, and only submit billing readings once a month.
