Can anyone tell me where I can read my statement (on my computer) please?. I've just download the app to my phone & can see it there but need better eyesight to read it as it is so small. I can't see it when I login on my computer
Go into your account on the website, go to Transactions and Statements, highlight the Statements tab and then you can download the full PDF versions of your bills, and zoom them to any size you like.

Did you manage to get sorted with the fab advice from @retrotecchie? If you would prefer we can issue you with a paper statement in large or extra large print, if you get in touch with our energy specialists they can help get this sorted for you 😊

Unfortunately No, because when logged in to my account Transactions & Statements does not appear as so there is nothing for me to highlight/click on as suggested
I already get print copy of statements thank you - in fact one arrived this morning with the plea "to go paperless" which I would love to do but only if I can do/see everything.
(Added comment) I've just checked again & what I said about not seeing Transactions & Statements is true for my energy usage account but it does appear for my FIT payment account.

If you look in the My Bills section, there is a thing that says 'View statements and payments. Click on the purple arrow to the right and it will take you to the section I outlined earlier.
Are any of your transactions showing for your normal energy usage @BrianB? When you log in it should show the 2 account numbers and you should be able to switch between them. If not it could be that your FiT and normal energy accounts haven't been linked together on our system, if you contact our energy specialists they will be able to link your accounts for you so that you can see the usage for both 😊
