Your comms hub sounds like it has failed. Possibly due to network issues. The HAN light indicates that the IHD should communicate with the meters but chances are you haven't had any tariff data sent through so it's not playing properly. Welcome back to the world of non smart meters. You could try emailing hi@eonnext.com with your details and "Smart meter comms failure" in the subject, but don't hold your breath. If the meters are still recording energy use correctly but you need to send readings manually, then this will not be top of their priority list.
