Hi can you tell me why when I am supposed to be billed once a month around the 25th of each month in December you sent me an email saying my bill was ready to pay so I paid it and then you added a further amount on the 31st December. It is very confusing when you don't just send one bill and could result in me missing to pay the extra payment. IF you are going to put an additional week on once I have paid my bill why dont you change the payment date to the end of the month instead?
It sounds like you are either on receipt of bill or a variable direct debit this means a bill will be issued each time we receive a reading. As @retrotecchie pointed out above we would have created an estimate on 1st Jan 23 due to the price cap (unless you submitted a reading on that date then we would use this instead) so this would have generated a bill in these circumstances 😊

This is because of the slight tariff changes in January and the difference in EPG rates paid by the government. The same will happen in April.
