Been trying to get some response from you for months now, by phone and emails but absolutely NO RESPONSE! What a terrible service! You have my meter readings the wrong way around and are charging me day rates and night time and night rates during the day. Can someone PLEASE respond!!!!

@DebF_EONNext , any chance you could look at this? Transposed day/night rates seems to be a regularly occurring issue.

Level 125-01-23@retrotecchie It's impossible My partner and I have called on several occasions and got nowhere, have emailed on several occasions and no response. Bet they'd contact me quickly enough if I refused to pay the bandits. Shocking. -
