Would it not be even better if Eon Next were to actually explain the criteria for passing an energy shift event as it might explain why those of us who reduced our energy usage below the required amount were only told "You did a great thing. Although you didn’t meet your energy reduction target this time". There is no mention in the Eon Next invitation that to be successful for an energy shift it is necessary to INCREASE energy usage for the hours PRIOR to the event, Cheats. CON.

@Actual in all honesty I don't think they are hiding it I just don't think they have looked at it thoroughly to advise what to do. As they undoubtedly take a cut it is in their interest to tell everyone how to make the most out of it.

That said eon next did mess up the last session for me by putting my MPAN in for the event on the 30th for the first time but I had already signed up to loop so as there was a duplicate entry we were not included.

Greta timing and apparently it messed up some Hugo customers as well.

we earned 44p. We don't do it anymore as we try not to use too much electricity after 4 when peak demand is. So I think in general our usage is too low to make it worthwhile and have my 82 yr old dad to consider.
