Hi I was told on Monday I’d get a call organised by Tobyus to discuss my complaint he told me he’d call me back as he was looking into an ongoing complaint I’ve had for 17 months and still no help !?? He told me he’d call me back at 3pm the next day I rushed home before 3 to have peace to talk and nothing 🤷🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️ Not heard from him since can I get help here I finally thought I was going to get somewhere with this after all this time again no communication from anyone!

Level 119-01-23If you have been hanging on for a resolution for 17 months I suggest you gather all the communication and key dates and times. Any promises made and count how many times an apology is made but nothing happens as this is just a basic stalling method waiting for you to give up.
You don't need a deadlock letter if it's been going on that long but ask for one anyway.
