I've moved recently and when I log into my online account it only shows that account? How can I update it to show my new account number A- xxxx etc? Thanks
It's possible that the email address is still connected to your old account and not been added on to your new account. If you pop our energy specialists an email as @retrotecchie has said they will be able to resolve this for you 😊

How recently did you move? It took a month or thereabouts to get everything finalised when I moved last year. The account number should stay the same, just the address and meter numbers that actually change.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
Thanks for the reply, I actually have 2 different account numbers, so I just need to get the old one closed and the new one associated with my details. I'm just not sure how to do that.
Assuming your old property has had final meter reads and is all squared away, then no reason why it is still showing up. Best advice is to drop an email to hi@eonnext.com with all your details and 'Update online account' in the subject and they should be able to sort this out for you.
