I don't see it as a community issue - it affects all customers.
Of course it could be done, I would just like somebody from this team come and explain why they don't see it as being useful . It would save a lot of customer service calls.

My current one runs out in March 2023 and whats scaring me is in April once Ive chosen a new one it will instantly go up and then go up again April I am already paying £240 a month if it wasnt for the £67 or whatever it would be hard to build up the credit to help
Don't worry about any new tariff. You'll just get switched to Next Flex which is about as good as it gets. Days of shopping around to find a better deal are long gone.
