Can you expand on your 'fixed rate' of £46 per month? What does your contract say you get for that fixed rate? For a business supply, that sounds like just the Standing Charge to me, not allowing for any actual energy usage.

Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -

Ah, your fixed Direct Debit payment is £46 a month. That's not your actual bill. Your usage at current energy prices will likely be much higher than that. My domestic electricity bill is around £80-£100 a month and I'm a very low user. What are your rates for the Standing Charge and the rate per KWh that you signed up to? And how long ago did you fix that monthly payment? How often do you provide meter readings or do you have a smart meter?

Also, rather then just the summary 'snapshot' on the app, see what it says on the full pdf version of your bill. Go into the statements section on the app and download your latest full bill. That will give you much more information as to how they arrived at the provisional charge.
