Can anyone explain to me why on looking at my payments on line I am credited with £67 from the HM Government Discount Energy Bills Support Scheme and a few days later its taken away

Check that you have not received the £67 direct to your bank account.

Yes thanks your quite right its in my bank, the question still applies though why for OCt/Nov I have it credited to my E-On account and Dec its credited, deducted and then credited to my bank account

Bit of a mystery, isn't it?! My credits have all been to my account as I'm a variable direct debit payer, but there has been some juggling around fine tuning the system so some folk have had some or all payments applied, reversed and then paid into the bank. Why? Who knows...

So long as one way or another you get the benefit every month. All Good. Confusing maybe, but good.
