If it's a new build then your meters should be newer SMETS2 models. Check they are and that they are communicating home here

If all is well, you can then do a search for the Hildebrand Bright App. That will allow you to connect to your meter data and get the information you need.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
The Bright app contains lots of information BUT the usage information is for usage of past days/weeks/months but not the current day (unlike paired IHD's). Neither does it give electricity 'usage now' which is a useful, but not essential metric also given by IHD's.
If you do get connected to Bright make sure you have set your 'smart meter data preferences' to 'half-hourly meter readings' within your Eon Next account (under 'View my profile') -
@Mapet how did you get along ? Any question for us or anything we can support you with?

Hi
So I did what other people suggested and install bright app and registered my smart meter . And it's looks like my electric bill is much higher when it's cold outside then it's on warmer days ( assuming there is similar usage on both them days ) . Did anyone ever have situation like this ? -
@Mapet
what form of heating do you have? Any use of storage or other electric heaters would raise your consumption.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -
It's gas combi boiler and don't use electric heaters . Especially 1 week I was away with a fridge freezer on , everything else was switch off , still used it 30 kWt for that week when week after being at home but warmer weather I did use 25 kWt.

Your consumption is low by comparison to others. Whether this means your variation show up more is debatable.
I think you need more data to justify your proposition and then you’ll be better placed to answer you question. -
