Our direct debit is taken on 24th of the month from my partner's account. His pay date is changing and I wish to change the direct debit date - which I know I can do online BUT...
Currently taken 24th - want to move to 1st.
If I change the date online on 5 January, will the money be taken on 24 January AND 1 February or just on 1 February please?
Good question. You shouldn't have it taken twice, but if you email hi@eonnext.com with 'Change Direct Debit date' in the subject and all your account details in the body, they should be able to advise.
