Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone knows roughly how long customer services take to respond to emails or messages via social media?
I am moving in to a property supplied by Eon Next and am wanting to know how to get an electric account set up for the day I move in? I already have the opening meter read!
Being autistic I have sensory issues and so I really can not tolerate phone conversations as people's voices sound so loud like finger nails being scraped down a blackboard..
I am hoping it's possible to get an account set up so I can log in and input the opening meter read! Will that be possible at all? I'm thinking on the lines of reasonable adjustment to provide customer service.

Go to the main eon next website and just follow the link for moving in to a new home. You can do it all online.

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

property feedback time!

Trying to get any email or social media response , to my electric account set having moved into a property , seems to be a hard task to have any response.
Therefore I had to force myself to ring customer service up , yes the electric account got set up but it was struggle for me!

Now I am not able to access the customer portal even though the lady on the phone took my email address!

Honestly I am thinking of trying to fins another supplier and if it means paying more to another company who can actually provide a service to customers... Then that's got to be better than how things seem. So NOT HAPPY and I doubt customer services will actually be bothered. I even need to sort out getting on the priority services register,,,yet with how things are that's most likely going to be a mountain to climb!
