i've gotten unlucky and recieved the call help error when trying to top up. does anyone know of resetting the error so i could get some gas. been sitting in the emergency line for over 1,15 just to be thrown away.

Your meter has failed and needs replacing. Hopefully, you still have gas, and should stay on as your meter has gone into free vend.
Please email hi@eonnext.com with all your details and 'Emergency - gas meter says call help' in the subject. That's possibly the quickest way to get through.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player.
