Just had an email inviting me to a third energy shift The next Energy Shift event is scheduled for Thursday 01/12/2022 from 5:00PM to 6:00PM.

Problem is the button is not working. Tried to use the "View in Browser" option and that just comes up with plain text. Anyone else having this issue? I have tried the email on 2 seperate computers and on 3 browsers, Firefox, Edge and also Chrome

I did it on my iPhone with no problem, so worth a try if you can access your emails on your phone. I didn’t even try on the PC so can’t comment on that aspect.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
If the Energy Shift link does not work then try another browser and/or another device as then it often works straightaway.
I think that the mechanism is very frustrating. First there is an email to tell you how much you can earn and then a link to find out your targets but you are only told how much to reduce by and not the actual energy target in kWh.
