So I'm not going mad? There isn't an option to sign up online and whoever sent the email from eon must have made a mistake?
Signing up for Energy Shift
-
Thanks so much Retro. I haven't received an email or message (I assume because it's only a couple of weeks since I changed my marketing preferences), hence emailing them to ask to register.

@StrawberryGrace
I've scoured the website and I can't find anywhere to 'sign up'. Most folks get a link via email, so I'm sure that's how it works.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
There are 2 web pages relating to Energy Shift on the Eon website.
https://www.eonnext.com/dashboard/ds...and-conditions
https://www.eonnext.com/dashboard/dsr/faq
At the bottom of the latter page it says "Click below to register your interest."
The link or button is no longer shown. -
If anyone is interested I just received this reply:
"Hello ____
Thanks for getting back to me.
I have had a discussion with management and it seems like we will be emailing or writing to customers in order for them to opt in for each energy shift event. I have registered your details for any future energy shift events in order for you to participate.
Thank you for your time, patience and understanding through these difficult times.
Regards
E.ON Next"
Thanks both for the help 🙂 -
@StrawberryGrace, who did you contact. I've been chasing for weeks to try and get into the scheme.
I have been told that my settings are correct, plus when the current phase completes it will be open to everyone.
Hey guys winter will be over in a few months. -
@PeteHayes, don't hold your breath. I was told all my settings are good but still no contact after over 8 weeks.
I could be being cynical, perhaps you have the potential for saving too much energy and cost them more money. A lot of posts refer to savings of only 20 - 30p -
@StillWaiting I just replied to the generic monthly energy account statement email with a simple one line message asking how I sign up for energy shift - the address was hi@eonnext.com. The first reply is in my first post, I replied apologising saying I couldn't find it on the website and could they point me in the right direction, and reply to that email is above. Good luck!

@StrawberryGrace, thanks I'll give it a go. "Nothing ventured, nothing gained"
