Twice this morning input a meter reading online and it told me accepted but it hasn't updated the history of meter readings, updated my account balance, generated bill or sent me email the EON has my reading. Anyone else noticed this and/or know issue?
Yes, everyone's noticed it, it seems. Backend servers are having a few slowdowns at the moment. The tech folks are trying to sort a few gremlins. The readings are in, just the front end not updating folks accounts very quickly at the moment. It is what it is.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.

There seems to be a delay with meter readings showing on accounts, as other people are mentioning the same issue. My last gas reading did not show on my account until overnight. I would give it a day or two and if it hasn't updated try again. If it still fails to show on your account you can phone them with the reading and they will update it for you, but you will possibly have to wait in a queue for about an hour. 😃📞

The hamsters are maybe on strike in sympathy with all the others who are striking this week, or maybe the wheels are frozen in the cold weather!😀🐹
Nel nome del Padre, del Figlio e dello Spirito Santo...
He was a good hamster, was Hamish. Running round in his little wheel every day, asking for nothing more than a dish of food, a bowl of water and the occasional carrot.
And then....that was it. Poor little fella turned up his toes and went off to the Great Cage In The Sky.
He'll be sadly missed.
Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust
The wheel ain't turning
The server's bust!
I've just tried logging in to my account again and at first got a "Somethings gone wrong" pop-up message but at my second attempt got logged in so they must be fixing things as we speak. Best not all try to log in at once and overload the system. The hamsters must have captured the haggis!😃👍🐹🐹🐾
