Hi all - trying to resolve fuel problems - phone call is taking forever, is there a live chat I could use?

No, but if you phone the emergency number at 5pm on the nose, they should be able to issue an RTI code for you.

@retrotecchie hmm that would be helpful but i need a new card - no one in this area stocks e on cards i found out that the hard way

You don't need an Eon specific card. All the card meters use a Quantum card. The RTI code will reprogram any blank card to your meter.

50 minutes on hold - i suggest that needs improving a teensy weency bit lmao - anyways its been sorted now. had to break into my own out house to get meter reading. council didnt leave keys. wonderful. thanks for your help.
