ive been calling them since 8am, had to hang up a few times though as im almost in a panic and keep getting sent round in circles - no one is interested! my credit unexpectedly ran out this morning, im disabled and access to it isnt easy. so im on £5 energency credit which is running out as is my phone battery and laptop. great way to treat injured at work disabled british army veterans.
